Especially helpful staff. Brand-new rooms with nice hot breakfasts. Easy central location, just off train station, shops, dining options, Olympic Park, and Paddys markets

The restaurant here was reasonably priced for dinner and breakfast, we both ordered healthy dishes. We had a lovely view of the Parramatta skyline and an exceptionally comfortable bed. It was conveniently located in a great area.

Beautifully kept and fully equipped hotel and conveniently located easy to get to from airport via public transport. Brand-new and fashionable units with a large desk for working. Comfy location to a multi-purpose stadium. Next to shopping center and football stadium, and Close to shops.

Great breakfast options available here! The location of this place is spot on - it's close to Parramatta for catching the recent NRL Grand Final, as well as being near the train station, Westfield shopping center, and the Parramatta river 🍳.

Everyone friend and accomodating. Accommodation is in a great spot that is convenient to rail transport to get all over the city.
There was hair on shower curtain but would have been easily missed by cleaner.

The service was excellent, including a more than adequate and hot breakfast with nuts and all other food. The room was beautifully maintained and well-appointed with a comfy bed and all essentials. Conveniently located within walking distance to pubs and bars.

The en-suite room was spacious, with enough storage space for a fortnight's family of 4. Different thickness of pillows identified.. Free coffee in Nesspreso every day in the room (4 capsules and milk). It had a kettle and USB plugs . Hairdryer and iron in the room . Two tv's.. In the bathroom, toiletries and face towels. Apart from the rest. The comfortable lobby with space to sit down and have a drink. It had very complete tourist information. We had breakfast included and it was very good, a lot of variety of meals. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. . In the swimming pool there was a hot Jacuzzi. As it was a long stay, they gave us a very nice Australian towel. And they thanked us for the stay.
Carpet in the room, one day we found a little cockroach in the bathtub.. The bathtub is difficult to access, very high and not very useful for children . The pool is very small and only sun in the morning. Near the subway but far from the center of the city.
